OpenSymmetry, the Incentive Compensation Management consulting firm, today announced the launch of their global circuit of “Women In Business” high tea’s to showcase South Africa’s leading women making waves in the business world.

In celebration of women this month, key partners including Jenna Clifford Design Factory and The Beauty Factory will join forces to host a celebration of female executives in Johannesburg, South Africa to discuss how incentive reward is a motivational factor in organizations, and how as leaders there is a need to ensure organizations use remuneration and wider reward tactics to steer behavior and produce greater success.

“We’re quite excited about partnering with such a dynamic team of female professionals to deliver this exciting event,” said Candice Arnold, Managing Director, Africa, OpenSymmetry.

The event is the first in a series designed to empower women while also celebrating their successes. Dr. Namane Magau, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Business & Development Solutions (Proprietary) Limited and member of the International Women’s Forum of South Africa (IWFSA) will also be presenting her journey in business and reference research conducted on where women fall in the economy.
