The joint IFC-World Bank Lighting Africa program, in partnership with Senegal’s Agency for Rural Electrification, invite the media to attend or cover the Third International Off-grid Lighting Conference and Trade Fair in Dakar, Senegal, November 13 – 15, 2012.

Lighting Africa will release the findings of the Africa Off-Grid Market Report.
