Foresite Media has announced the launch of Site Portfolio Manager, a new online service to help webmasters and companies track and optimize revenue and traffic across all their websites, at http://www.siteportfoliomanager.com

Site Portfolio Manager is the brainchild of Willem Grobler, CEO of Foresite Media, which manages a portfolio of more than 500 successful websites ranging from very large authority sites to smaller niche websites. Combining his more than 20 years of website management, tracking and optimization experience with the latest web technologies and trends Grobler set out to build an easy to use online service that would help site portfolio managers make smart decisions to grow their businesses. “Building a portfolio of websites is a relatively straightforward process.

Making sure each website is performing optimally in terms of revenue and traffic is not. Like many site owners we created a rather convoluted system of Excel sheets to track and organize the traffic and revenue from all our websites over the years. While this worked to some extent, as the portfolio and the number of revenue streams grew, it became increasingly difficult and time consuming to organize all this data in a way that would enable us to easily make smart decisions about where to spend our limited resources.

We created Site Portfolio Manager to solve this problem and with this public launch today, we’re making it available to other website owners,” says Grobler. Site Portfolio Manager takes the hassle out of tracking your website portfolio by automatically importing your latest and historical revenue and traffic data for available networks.

It currently supports Google Analytics for traffic and Google Adsense, Amazon, CJ, Clickbank, LinkShare, ShareASale and Avantlink for revenue. More traffic and revenue networks will be added on a weekly basis. The custom networks option enable you to set up any revenue source and then manually or via a bulk CSV Upload enter transaction information into the system. All your data is crunched, organized and displayed in visual dashboards and data tables.

The main Dashboard provides an overview of your entire portfolio with those domains needing special attention being pro-actively flagged. An Insights page lets you drill down for low-level domain or network specific insights, and a Trends section displays the performance of domains over a 6 month period in relation to themselves and the rest of the portfolio. All the dashboards are fully customizable via a drag and drop interface and can be filtered according to tags, groups, date, domain and traffic or revenue network
