Sudanese Government Highly Rank their Cooperation with China

sustRecently the popular economic analyst, professor of economics at the University of Sudan for Science and Technology and member of the economic sector of the Cabinet advisers Dr. Haitham Mohamed Fathi declared that Sudan values their trade and economic cooperation with China very highly and places great importance on it.

He added, in a statement to SUNA, that “Khartoum remained encouraging Chinese efficient and competent companies for investment in Sudan in order to absorb the negative effects of the US economic embargo on the country since the nineties of the last century.” Adding that the “state of China has invested Sudan strategic site as a bridge between the Arab world and Africa as well as well as to its huge capabilities and natural resources enabled it to attract several investments.”

SUNA is to inform that the Chinese Minister of Agriculture will visit the country during this month of September leading a delegation comprising a group of Chinese businessmen and investors to impulse the food security progress in the country. The visit will also witness signing of several new agreements between the two sides in the areas of economic development.
